Founded in 2005, our factory started from a small handicraft workshop in Yiwu, Zhejiang, and has now developed into an industry benchmark enterprise covering an area of ​​120 acres and an annual production capacity of over 8 million pieces. With his unique insights into decorative aesthetics, the founder, emerged in the bidding for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games venue decoration project and successfully provided customized simulation green plant walls for the Water Cube, thus opening the road to industrial development.

In 2015, the industry’s first fully automatic UV protective coating production line was built to overcome the technical bottleneck of easy fading of outdoor products. In 2020, the German KUKA robotic arm weaving system was invested and introduced to increase the grass density of artificial turf to 28,000 needles/㎡, meeting the FIFA certification standards of FIFA. At present, the products are exported to 32 countries and regions including Europe, America, and the Middle East, and strategic cooperation has been established with world-renowned brands such as Disneyland and Hilton Hotels.

We have formed a research and development team composed of 12 polymer material experts, and the original “three-proof” (waterproof/anti-ultraviolet/anti-static) composite material has obtained a national invention patent . Through the 2000-hour QUV accelerated aging test, it is guaranteed that outdoor products will not deform or fade in extreme environments of -30℃ to 80℃. The flexible TPE stem material developed in conjunction with the Zhejiang University laboratory perfectly replicates the natural growth arc of plants, and the bending life test reaches more than 100,000 times.

The factory has passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification and uses food-grade PE raw materials and environmentally friendly water-based paint. The original residual material recycling system has achieved a 97% recycling rate for production waste and reduced PVC consumption by more than 800 tons per year. In 2023, a distributed photovoltaic power generation system will be built to achieve 60% self-sufficiency in production electricity. Smart logistics network layout
Intelligent storage centers are set up in Ningbo, Shenzhen, and Qingdao, and the WMS storage management system is used to achieve 48-hour nationwide direct access. Overseas markets are through bonded warehouses in Duisburg, Germany and Los Angeles, USA, ensuring that European and American customers receive the goods within 7 working days. The self-developed order tracking system supports multi-language inquiries and provides real-time sea/air transport dynamic monitoring services.

Extreme bionic technology
Using micron-level digital printing technology, the leaf vein accuracy reaches 0.1mm, and the fan-shaped texture of ginkgo leaves and the serrated edges of maple leaves are truly restored. The flower part uses multi-layer gradient dyeing technology to achieve a natural transition of 12 levels from the center of the flower to the edge of the petals. The newly developed “dynamic simulation system” uses a built-in micro motor to make the branches and leaves sway naturally in the breeze, which has been applied to the landscaping project of Shanghai Disneyland.

The outdoor series products have passed the SGS wind resistance test (can withstand 10-level wind force) and 200kPa compression test (equivalent to off-road vehicle rolling). The family series develops a magnetic adsorption potted system to achieve the free combination of wall green plants. The flame-retardant artificial tree dedicated to the golf course has passed the UL94 V-0 fireproof certification, and anti-static treatment is used to ensure safety in thunderstorms. The original “Green Acoustic Wall” series, with embedded sound-absorbing cotton, can reduce indoor noise by 25 decibels.

Compared with natural plants, the maintenance cost is reduced by 90%, and the artificial turf of the football field can save 1,500 tons/10,000 square meters of irrigation water each year. With a detachable structure design, the reuse rate of wedding decorations can reach 80%. The home decoration series is equipped with a self-cleaning nano-coating, and daily maintenance only requires a simple wipe every month.
